Sakai Takayuki Tamashi (Spirit, 魂) honyaki gyuto. Forged and water quenched by Master Kenji Togashi, and sharpened by Master Hirosugu Tosa, one of my all time favouriate craftsman combo from Sakai.
A few years back we released the blue 1 version of the same knife: great cutting performacne, made by the best smtihs from Sakai, the migaki finish is easy to maintan and paired with K&S ebony handle and saya.
